Sneezing and Handkerchiefs or tissues.
Cotton handkerchiefs, Silk handkerchiefs, hemp handkerchiefs possibly a new machine like a papaer mill or something to make them out of wood and timber.
The handkerchief or tissue could be held to stop others to see you from sneezing or to change the dialogue when you sneeze or possibly to stop you from sneezing altogether. Whatever sparks your imagination, Just another suggestion that will sit here waiting forever and eventually get lost into the deep dark abyss of the forum.

1111:3. You say: "Ehm, pardon me if I won't shake your hand this time."
1111:2. You see a man in his twenties sneeze into his fingers.
1111:1. A man in his twenties says: "It's a pleasure to meet you, Mr...? *holds out a hand*"

I've been considering hankies as well, for my own game. That would be connected to a dirtiness attribute, but maybe in Cantr you could simply have one sneezing into a hankie if such is in the inventory, and the culture might treat people without hankies as they see fit.

It would be excellent if a handkerchief prevented a sneezing person from passing on the sneezing sickness. A town with the sneezing sickness could distribute handkerchiefs instead of instituting quarantine, which usually doesn't work because people want to stay in the town square.
But that's no doubt more work than the original suggestion. Mine is definitely a "wish list" sort of idea.

And will finally give a point to bury bodies. I know places where dead bodies lie in buildings of big cities - no one cares about them, because it doesn't affect the game at all.

Oh? I honestly thought sneezing was because of eating rice.
Nakranoth's "evil" character says:
"Thief! That's terrible! *shakes his head* That would hurt people's feeling if I did that."
