Hmm, most could fall under several of the categories... but I tried to stick with what applied the most to them. Looks like most prefer the wind under their feet.

Criminal: 0
Guard/Military: 0
Government: 3
Cultural: 0
Theological: 0
Business: 1
Laborer: 3
Explorer: 0
Merchant: 0
Hunter/Fisher: 0
Unsure/Social: 3
Wandering: 5
TOTAL: 15

Military 1
Government 1
Cultural 1
Business 1
Laborer 1
Explorer 1
Merchant 1

Too many of them fit into two, three, or four catagories for me to feel this is accurate, but it seems to be the best I can think of for now.

dead

Government 1
Laborer 2
Merchant 2
Hunter/Fisher 2
Hermit 1... I don’t know how to classify him, but he was far from social.

surely diplomat/spy belongs to the category they're spying for?

Either government, military, business, or whatever it may be.

Agh, I didn't think of that.

It was Talapus that posted that. Would you care to specify, Talapus?

Hmm, well the organization is mostly a government/business (neither more then the other) with a little bit of military on the side. But for the sake of simplicity, I will just call it a Government.

I wonder if the large number of government employees is due to the number of government monopolies.

We can't really conclude anything from such a small sample, so I'll be interested to see how it shapes up as more people add their numbers

And forum people do not constitute a representative sample - players active on the forums are probably more active and experienced in Cantr.

Good point, that means they're more likely to hold positions of responsibility than less active chars, which affects the results

Well here is mine....

Criminal = 1
Guard/military = 3.75
Government = 2.5
Business = 0.5
Labourers = 3.75
Explorers = 1
Merchants = 1.5
Hunters/fishers = 1

Total = 15 charries

That is combining all my charries jobs. Most have heaps each.

I thought we were choosing primary occupation, rather than combining. It does help to keep the numbers nice
