I can't believe I only have two weeks left in Finland.
But on the upside, I get to go back home to family, friends, real hamburgers, and spicy food!

It's a traditional Turkish / Arabic food they sell in every corner here. Funny thing how in Finland all the Chinese places are really fancy and expensive, while you can get "exotic" Middle Eastern food in almost every place. Wichi also found a taco place in Helsinki and showed it to me (from the outside); there was a menu on the street and I looked at it and I was like man, those prices are horrible! But apparently in the States it's much more common, and thus cheaper.

Mexican food here is expensive, since we only have one place serving Mexican food. and there is like Chinese Restaurant everywhere, and they are not really fancy whatsoever....but they are really popular. Even though the food isn't all too great. Theres this Chinese Restaurant my friend use to work in and it is soooo dirty....although the outside part of the building is really nice : )

Funny we have kebabs that look like that only here its called Donner Kebab and served in a Pitta Bread, I think its Turkish in origin, now available in any self respecting fish and chip shop... I think they came here via Cyprus - I certainly remember them being thought of as Greek (anyone remember Stavros)...
They are best eaten after between 8 and 20 pints of stong lager after 11pm.
I used to work oin a chippy and was always put off by the fact that the same massive kebab could sit in the shop window for days, heated up externally for a few hours every night... I hope hygeine regs have improved since...
Kebab is dirt cheap, Indian is fairly cheap too, Chinese is usually a bit more expensive. Tapas (which is Spanish) is trendy and ludicrously overpriced. Mexican isn't a big thing as fas as I can tell... there is a chain that is vaguely Tex-mex (Chiquittos) and its average at best!

In Finland, anything with "barbeque sauce" on it is apparently considered to be Tex-Mex. I find it kind of funny, even a little bit insulting.
I laid out my dreams to Seko to move to Helsinki and open up a string of cheap authentic Tex-Mex places that would rival the kebabs shops. Then the two of us could sit back and live the good life rolling in the Euros!

We went to a sight seeing place in Kotka. Some of the windows have blue glasses.
Then we had to gooo to the airport and wait all night. I was resting my head on his lap, hence the perspective.
Still at the airport. Waiting...
And now he must go. The poor thing got searched by the guards, no wonder with those baggy clothes and the summer beard. Must be a terrorist!
There's the plane leaving, it's the blue one on the background. *sigh*
It was yesterday morning. Then I came home and slept a bit, spent the rest of the day playing Cantr. I dunno why I didn't post these then.
