Yes, but who has the authority to say Human life is okay to be ended, Animal life is okay to be ended, and virus life is okay to be ended?
No one.

Em... RNA has been shown to reproduce partially. Is that living too?

I'm pretty sure that fungi aren't animal, mineral or vegetable either.

Don't know if you've heard, but science has made some significant advances in the past couple hundred years.

Not life . . .

Life as defined by Wikipedia.org

Life is the characteristic state of organisms. Properties common to terrestrial organisms (plants, animals, fungi, protists and bacteria) are that they are cellular, carbon-and-water-based with complex organization, having a metabolism, a capacity to grow, respond to stimuli, reproduce and—through natural selection—adapt.

An entity with the above properties is considered life. However, not every definition of life considers all of these properties to be essential. Broader definitions of life sometimes include viruses (which are acellular and do not metabolise) and theoretical non-carbon-based life or other alternative biology.

I think they are living things, but obviously have no concious awareness of that fact... I've studied basic viruses, and they just seem alive to me... even if the only time i've seen one was something that looks like it should be in a NASA museum somewhere....
