LOL I had a character a while back that spawned there, right after they got food they started a limestone project. No one said anything me stopping, they just waited for me to be almost done, and then she dragged me into the jail and killed me... So they wouldn't have to work for the damn limestone, but not even asking me to stop or anything, just let me get into the 90% and killed me...

That's pretty devious.

Although Haily Blerks annoyed me, she's been the death of two of my characters, I think whoever thought of that was quick sharp. It wouldn't have occured to me

Yep, but the amount of steel going around will soon increase, things happening here and there.. it's not as hard to come by as it was before, i don't think.. but what do i know..

WOO WOO WOOO LAD RULES! Ahem...as I was saying...Lad and the Empire as a whole are a great place to be you just have to forget that IRL it would suck because I doubt highly if any of us have ever truly faced tyranny or oppression. The characters I've had in the Lad Empire have all been hard workers and pretty much like the Empire and tend to blame any problems on trouble makers or those darn spies that are everywhere.

I agree. My character in Lad is sort of annoyed by all the people who keep complaining. He doesn't blame problems on anyone because he doesn't see any problems.

There's another good way to get limestone...just play nice and sit around farming food, right before the hour changes start a project for 1/8 of what you would dig in a day (137), with no repeats, if it's done right there is a very small window of opportunity to be caught redhanded, but you just get a little at a time. :wink:

This works with any other "restricted" resource also.
