How cool were they!! .... too bad they're all dead, I wanted to join :(

It wasn't really a letter Hierarchy, your first letter of your first name became your letter. So my baron, well baroness was S.

She killed a lot of people, so to say.

Well, I had to use my last name, because there was already a Baron T.

You should have seen the Baron's iron stash. None of my characters have ever seen that much wealth in their entire lives.
Just worth saying... but most of the Baron's iron stash was taken from my char... :x

Baron F was the only one of any real intelligence that I ever saw... an opportunist you really did make the most of his chance...

Yeah, but he died on a stupid move by his part. Baron C (me) wasn't even with him. It was not a good move.

You could say that everyone who died while using that accursed van was guilty of making a stupid move.

I'm curious. How did Fritter go about recruiting new members? Both in the beginning and in the end? Were the people who joined him just naturally evil, or was there a logical progression that they followed in becoming his allies?

Did the Barons even see themselves as evil? I heard sometime long ago that Fritter perceived himself as a young man striking back at the older generation for keeping him down.

They would capture the people, and if the captured person was willing to join, they would have to prove their worth. Usually that meant killing some people (In my case it was his best friend). Until that point, you were locked away.

I know that my guy was merely bored with life and deliberately entered "Baron land" not regarding the warnings. He just wanted adventure, and that's what he got. Slowly though, he turned into more of a monster. I suppose I can't say anything for the others.

I wasn't captured surprisingly as I review it. She was one of my first characters, I just spawned and didn't know what do to so I went into every building looking for food and things, then just left. Baron F said on the road to never come back and he hit me. I turned around of course.

Here's what I'll say as the player of Baron F...

That van got us killed. We thought we would be invincible with the van so we got sloppy. My move in that van was stupid as Nixit pointed out. But, the biggest problem was that I had been travelling for a couple of days as I remember and I couldn't make plans.

Oasis, if you were one of the Dangle's, get over it. I don't understand why you would say Baron F was poorly RP'd simply because he killed you. Baron F left all the evidence at the scene when he could have cleaned up the evidence. There were also notes left with "blood" on them from that killing. It was clearly RP'd. I RP'd Baron F exactly like his personality. He killed people of power as pay back and others for money.

He had no personal thrill of killing except for people like the Dangle's that were people of power. The others were simply holding something he wanted.

I think the best quarry was Zeroraven. That player and that character was excellent. His woman friend was also good. Baron F hated her. Took awhile to kill her, but she finally got it.

Finally, are they really dead? Is Baron T dead? One of my characters was almost killed by them just about a month ago. I can't believe they're dead.

The Dangles should rest easy. The person leading the team that killed Fritter was doing it for them. Val and Xanith. They weren't forgotten.

Yes. The most recent strike force moved town to town, killing the Barons and capturing vehicles and strategic resources as they went. That is how we got the van that was the finishing blow. Tobus came last. The van, a car, and a collection of bikes and motorcycles rolled into town, and there was a very quick battle that ended in Tobus and the rest of the Barons being killed. It was unfortunate that our people were a little too awake. In none of the towns we "liberated" was there time for the Barons to RP or try to escape.

I've been wondering, although we knew Damia Leer was a Baron, that story she gave about working against them from the inside, was it true, anyone know?
Yuk yuk yuk.

Yes...it was true. She was trying to find a way to stop Tobus and the barons but at the same time helping them. My character found some notes proving she was trying to work against the barons though.

For the players who have no idea what you are talking about, where roughly did the Barons operate?
R.I.P:
Blake Stone, Jizz Bucket, Patterson Queasley, Billy Sherwood, Chavlet D'Arcy, Johnson.

I don't know the extent of their domain, but I do know that an invasion set off from Sjoftich.
