Unfortunately.....I'm bubbly and energetic and crazy like this ALL the time....Lord forbid you DID talk to me when i was under the influence...you'd probably run away screaming "NO NO....GET HER AWAY!!!! ANYTHING BUT THAT!!! HELP HELP!!!!" or something to that effect.

I think prost means the same as 'cheers' (when you put up your glass and say 'cheers!', or something ;)).

Here in holland we say 'proost', almost the same.

Not exactly thesame. I Germany it's "prosit". I guess you mean the German "unofficial "prost" then.
