there could be a seperate kind of buildings that you build on boats like buildings you build on boats you can't build on land and vise versa

As I posted elsewhere, that's Houseboats, not Cabins which is what we want...

I agree with N. Apples and oranges. We want lockable cabins for existing boats, not houseboats!

But yeah seriously, make vehicles a building, at least, because I can't even build a fricken Smelting Furnace aboard.
