Can't pass items when on board

My character can't pass items to other characters that are on the same ship. I could disembark and embark. An item could be passed from the shore to a person on board, but when I enter the boat I cannot pass items to others on board anymore.

You are close to the weight limit for the vehicle when both of you are aboard - Passing from outside the boat doesn't break the weight limit - passing when both in the boat does


The code will have to be changed to allow passing within the vehicle but think of it as being too crowded to pass things over for the meantime

I have taken 10 kilos of stuff off the boat, but then I still could not pass a crowbar to someone else. I could still embark and disembark.

There is no difference if my character or someone else's character carries something while on board, so passing items should not break weight limits at all.
