Floor bolts.
Now what i mean here is making furniture draggable... except, before you drag, you must undo the bolts holding the furniture to the ground (a bit like breaking a lock) this would make it harder for someone to just walk in and steal all of your furniture.... but make it possible for furniture to be moved from room to room, town to town on vehicles... (REMOVALS) oooh the buisness possiblilities.

Nah, I suppose you could bolt your furniture to the floor but it shouldn't be automatically on every peice of furniture
When you build a chair, unless you are quite paranoid you don't take some nails and start hammering the chair into the floor
that being said many characters are paranoid, and so the option of bolting is good
Moving furniture is something that needs to be implemented

Movable machinery (and by extension, furniture) has been suggested and pretty much shot down for being hard to implement:

I still like the idea (of dragging big stuff), though.

I had a look at that thread, and wow the answer is easy. Get rid of machines only being able to exist inside or outside, I honestly can see no logic to machines simply not existing if you take them outside.
Sure inside they could be too big to fit, in which case make them really heavy so they can't go inside, and keep it so they can only be built outside, that gets rid of that one peice of nasty logic
other than that I can see no reason why it should be kept like this

That's not the point. The logic is that there are machines that cannot realistically be built indoors (fire pit), and machines that cannot realistically be built outdoors (kitchen table). This could be extended to dragging machines, but it would apparently be difficult to do.

And once more Sho forgets to read the rest of the sentance
If you were actually reading I said that things are too big and could not fit out of the door, in which case make it that they cannot be dragged from building to outside, or outside to buildings

Being realistic and sensible are two completely different things. It is sensible for a kitchen table to be used indoors, but where it is made is irrelevant. It is often easier to build things outside where there is space and bring them indoors. Personally, I think everything should be able to be carried. We can already pick up bodies (except they're too heavy to do so, obviously), so if I want to move, why shouldn't I be able to pack my chairs and kitchen table in my vehicle, so long as they are within weight limits?

Like this one?
And small fire pits can be built inside.

As Hellzon said, we already have a fireplace, and firepits can be built inside. As far as I can remember, the only machine that can't be built inside is the drying rack (since it needs "sunlight" to operate). There are lots of machines that cannot be built outside, due to size, fragility, or most importantly of all, game balance. It is highly unlikely that machines will have the option of being dragged anytime soon.
