Why?
Because I forget to.
Like most others I imagine, when I reach the player page, I never scroll down further than my last character, hence, I never actually get properly reminded to.
The voting links, and possibly a small within-page link (I don't know the technical term) to the paypal options should be put between the messages and the character list.
Preferably with some re-formating, with multiple links per line, as they would take up too much space the way they are now.

I was going to say:
"I'd prefer it between the character list and the logout/help/unregister buttons. That way, one doesn't have to scroll past a bunch of links when changing characters, but you can easily vote before logging out."
But that's how it is now (just checked), so that's appaerently not the case.
