He punches some keys on the navigation array.

"We're a week's burn from our original destination... five day's journey from where we started out from. We've put the asteroid field behind us by about 3 hours and we're closing in on the two planets that are dead ahead of us. The desert one with the temple where these priests are supposed to be is a day's travel. The jungle planet is half that distance. I can set a course for whichever one you want."

Yes, well, set course for the desert planet. I want to check out this mysterious temple and see if we can figure out where these holograms are coming from.

Impossible? It's also impossible to project images from thousands of kilometers away! These are not normal people we're dealing with!
