Brandi George,

spawned in one place, stayed there all here short life, tried hard to learn how to speak properly and curb her temper - anyone who insulted Tami George got the rough end of her anger!

(both died in the cull of all my characters courtesy of my 9 year old son who didn't quite get what he was doing)

And of course Vanguard martyred in Seatown Forest for doing absolutely nothing wrong at all.... however he managed to get a note out which I was very pleased to see a year or two later!

It would be more correct to say that Greycloak died because his player was banned, though to be sure he was pretty starved to begin with, and as far as IC reasons go starvation is completely correct.

Wow, I was just reading through, to see how many of these people I knew/remembered, and what do I see? An old character of mine...poor Danya Silatev...never knew what hit him until he died.

Had to cancel my account because I was gone for four months...all my well-developed characters just kinda...well, you know...

But anyway, Riley, he misses you in the afterlife. Good to see she's still alive though.

Robie Elgas. He honestly deserves it.

He's not listed here and my character was almost ... too close to him.

(I've looked through forums and seen all the posts around him and the Zhift Forest region, sad really, but hey)

He was, in my opinion, one of the few leaders who set out for power or personal wealth. In fact, my character secretly hung on to every word he said.

Ever since he was killed, I guess Zhift Forest became a bomb, all characters related to him in any way either exploded in all directions, or stayed close to his home.

My character and myself both miss him. Who was he? I picked up that he could be Theatris on the forums, but I don't know for sure. Does Theatris still visit the forums? I'd like to talk to him.

Edit: I, as a player, thought every word he said wasn't to suck people in, but was truthful. He was a pretty good RPer, and (I don't know of the Forum History with him, so sorry if this stirs things up, it's not intended to) I think the Zhift Forest revolution was started out of player jealousy. I am definately not picking fights. Look, if I had the opportunity, and the power, I'd personally overthrow a leader too, particularly if I didn't know him that well!!

Good work to those who actually overthrew him, it must have taken guts, and good work to those who risked it and guarded him.

Yes, I'm pretty sure Thetaris was Robie , he lied about it at first but then he sent me a PM that said "F**K YOU, you killed my favorite character" even though as far as I know Robie died in another town and none of the "revolutionists" were involved, and my character never did any damage to him anyway.

Those two sentences kind of contradict each other, I think. The "jealously" thing sOunds exactly like what Thetaris told me though...I notice you joined pretty soon after he quit. What was your characters name again? I know you can't be Tina and I'm pretty sure you're not Robyn, and they were the only one close to him that I know of, even if close might be stretching it. (Incidentally Tina was the only "defender" there was, though someone with a crossbow was never exactly at risk from a handful of people with spears...)

Anyway, this will be my last post on this, if someone wants to start ANOTHER big fight I refuse to be involved.

It has screwed up my character's life, nobody beleives his account of what happened because it centres around talks of one brain and two bodies etc....

(ACk! Already breaking no involvement rule...this is just a personal issue for me, I hate that RPing my favorite char is not quite as fun now because of one bitter person who couldn't tell IC from OOC going out of their way to make it unfun, and that whole incident was pretty much the thing that made me wish I never read the forums at all. Except for all the OOC talking during the fight the whole thing would have been pure unspoiled RP goodness if I'd never read any of the rants here or found out who played who...)

Well since this topic is already revived, I think Holly Brown ought to be mentioned. I overheard that she died of the sleeping sickness but I would've assumed someone of the people more close to her would've mentioned her here. I used to find her annoying in the beginning because I first saw her during the transition stage when she had just inherited the steel factory and there was a quarrel on who gets the bike; lots and lots of talking. But later another character of mine happened to be hired by her and seriously, he wouldn't be where he is now if it wasn't for her. Even though he sort of betrayed them by going rogue, I'm sure he'd be sad if he knew she's dead.

Well, I do feel guilty about this whole incident. Robie RP'ed everything, the city, his life, around my single character, and his effort to retrack him, hell, I even found a note in another character he wrote about me and spammed into the Cantr world.

hey yeah I read about you in his life story thing... it's a damn good thing that doesn't include me in it, as he has managed to get that thing everywhere and we are having enough troubles with relations between towns after the whole Zhift Forest incident as it is!
