I'll take the 50 grand. How can a pen project an image of a keyboard? You can't touch an image and have it respond. That's a load of bullshit. And why put something like that into something as worthless as a pen? What happens when it runs out of ink? I had to listen to a guy trying to pawn these things off on our school. It was such bullshit. I asked him that same question and he completely dodged it talking about the advancement of technology.

I'd prefer the 50k. a computer pen doesn't interest me all that much

how about...would you prefer being spawned in the mountains with no food and no food available within 3 years' walk (except for the animals, if you can kill them) but loads of raw iron and steel in the ground OR being spawned on an island with carrots, stone, and sand at every location but no wood or hematite anywhere?

I'd say maybe the mountains, my first character spawned in a situation sort of like that though no goodies on the ground. Totally optimistic, got rice from helpful travellers... It was pretty much an adventure, though she never understood the risks.

To be hungry without any food available or... to be surrounded by all sorts of yummy stuff but not being able to eat anything (either due to being sick or too full).
