The Death of the Radio Station

Many people ask me why the station has closed.. Details need to be obtained from CantrColonel.. But...It had to be done..For reasons maybe he doesn't want posted.. But it HAD to be done. Now just because the radio hosting our shows is a different server..Doesn't mean CC or I are different people... We still talk Cantr.. and I have gotten another DJ to sign up for Cantr. and another is interested. So you see... This new station has already gotten new players.. which means more Cantr talk..

It saddens me when people say they will not listen because it is not the same... It is a bit strange and wonderful I know... but... I am still Sunni,(wonderful) and Colonel is still strange (hehe) So before you give up on the idea.. just check it out.

Hello everyone, I have some news about the station that I really am not sure how everyone will react so I will just come out and say it.

now they are a great bunch and are going to allow me to talk about cantr on there which I think will help us more then colonels station was, and of course there are other reasons also that I am not going to state on here but if you want to know just ask me in the chat room and I will let you know.

I am sorry to do this, but it is for the best. Clubfx Radio is a great new station and they are very flexible with shows so please go and check them out.

I would like to thank all of you for your support over the past months and for listening. And I hope that you will continue to listen to me when I do my shows.

For the other djs of colonels station, I ask that you guys go check this station out and join them also cause they are in need of djs and would love to have you on the team also.

I will be going to DJ on Clubfx Radio today at 2pm CST just to let you guys know. During these shows I will try to plug Cantr as much as I can so I hope that this helps bring in new players. Right now the station is just starting so it is still working out the kinks but they have been doing this for years and have a lot of great plans so I hope that you will join us.

It is a sad thing that Colonel shut down the station But, you know... Colonel (and I soon will be..this weekend I hope) This new station has a schedule for when we will be DJing... When we are.. we will still be the same DJ's you loved before... Please come listen...

I just want to thank you Sunni for your kind words and hope that people will still tune into us on this new station. Now I just want to make this clear for everyone, I did not get into any trouble or did I have any problems. I have just been hearing stories on another forum for stations that people were getting caught for not having legal coverage (You pay a company to pay the labels and artists for playing their songs) And to tell you the truth some of the stories scared the crap out of me. From what I heard, not only would I be in big trouble but so would the djs and even cantr because its name was plastered on the web page and said on the station. So I thought that instead of risking it, I would join a great team of people that are very serious about this hobby and reach other people that would want to check cantr out. We are fully covered now and all we have to do is have fun talking about cantr.

I know that it is not the same and I too miss it but I trully think that this is for best and will really help us all out in the long run.

I am sorry for upsetting people, I really did not think that this would take off the way it did and I really was not ready for what had to be done in order to keep it going.

If things are still unclear please come and chat with me and I will try to explain it better.
