I don't think that's necessary! Your browser has a search function, doesn't it?

Pie, I think this is a good idea. Currently the master list just displays categories of objects , if you are unsure of which category the object is in, a search function could help with this.

There are plans to provide a OOC browsable database of objects (see the threads about the state of the wiki) - Such a database would have search functions and there probably is good reason to make this an in-game resource as well .

I'm sorry. I wasn't seing the full picture. I wasn't understanding the suggestion as an all categories search.
Good suggestion then!

I see only one problem with this... translations! Or am I missing something?

Oh I know it will come, RKL. But I don't poke about it often, and weather has been 'accepted and in the works' for years.

Same with animal domestication... I remember translating related tags when on the Languages Department.

Seriously? I can't imagine. That was never implemented anywhere close enough to need tags. But we've made the first big step now a few weeks ago, so this is really in the pipeline ;) ...

Create field? I remember there were others, but only this specifically at the moment.

What was that for, then?

Ah, create field, yes, that was half implemented. But it is totally unrelated to animals - I was trying to implement agricultural fields. Well, later to be used for animals as well, but it was really about resource gathering. The original idea that was later replaced by the more straightforward resource gathering slots.

I like the idea, it takes a long time scrolling through tools or whatever, and they don't seem to be in any real order.

...someone else is responsible for the title of this thread, right? I know Pie couldn't have written that. :)
