Spawn a mid-day character, run into a coaster harbour, jump aboard a boat and begin dragging the man out of it. Heart of Gold.
Gained his trust, made him pass me the key to the boat (as we wouldn't want newspawns stealing out boat!) and left. That left a scar as a player, and moreso as a character.
Dinghy caught up, had an elaborate plan which involved several fairly-large figures of piracy who'd kill the good-doer (police)... eventually got the Longboat docked, and fled.
-Fransiata Lastorus or something...
And another, for kidnapping someone, beating him to next-to death on my boat, with him kissing my feet, then releasing him. That's my regret, letting him live, even though I never had intentions of killing him, and now chasing after the dinghy that was stolen from my longboat by my very own crewmember.

One char lied about and forged evidence against his best friend in order to gain power.
Another locked up a couple people after wounding them, one nearly to death and told the less wounded he had three days to finish off the other or he would be trapped there forever.

Hmm The worst thing? I think it would be my charri who took all the wood from her husband to build a sloop.. without his knowledge, but told people she was secretly building it for him... then took the rest of his wood, gave ALOT of it away (6000g in total) and left for ever... not even telling him... but after the way she felt she was treated.. She didn't care.. her heart was broken...

Oh gawd, there's too many things to count.
Most I can't or won't share.. but here is a few of the lesser evils.
Hmm,
A young female seduced a random wealthy man on the road, gained his trust (and his confessed undying love) so that he would "protect" her while she was in the cold mountains. She led him to a secluded town filled with friends who hadn't seen her in a while... claimed that the man had attacked and raped her and it turned into an ugly mob with the poor man ending up dead. She had no regrets and played the cold bitch rather well. Shortly afterward she hooked up with a pirate, they had some fun before she stole his boat and crew.
Thirty something male - lived in a peaceful town as a respectful citizen for quite some time. Had his own business, locked building, and the only steel weapons. Decided he had enough quiet and attacked everyone, dragged the near death ones inside the locked building, and proceded to repeat until almost the entire town was killed. Finally someone got the word out and he fled before re-enforcements arrived, jumped into a ship and escaped. Never had a regret.
Good ol' Captain Calico Jack - he attacked many, but killed few, never really wanted to take anyone's life. He much preferred being more of a self styled "Noble Pirate" and lived by a personal code. Unfortunately for the victims his crew didn't hold to the same ideals. They were a sadistic bunch - especially Yazi Trevontez. He never cared enough to stop the fun and games though - too busy watching for the next port and for anyone on their tail.

Or does that count as a good thing? hehe...

hmmmmm....let me see here. Worst things...
Well, one of my characters was a notorious general that slaughtered a lot of innocent people.
Another, was a thief that decided to take an entire town hostage.
Another, would kill people for the fun of it (and he killed a lot of people).
Another, betrayed his comrades to their enemies.
I think that might be all the bad things my characters did.

Bandit was awesome.
heh.
Hmm... One of my good characters jailed an old friend during, or near the start of a war. She didn't recognise him until after she'd attacked him, and by then it was too late. He ended up getting killed and she regretted it much, but could only cover it up. Now she's a sleepy old lady who doesn't see the outisde much.
And I have a pirate gal who started out nice... Back in the earlier days, she was forced to kill some old friends. She regretted it for a moment but there was too much going on at the time. And then she was rather easily persuaded into killing 'evil baadie sheepkillers', or fools who'd punched a sheep or accepted wool clothing. If she could wear people's hides, she probably would've. Ever since a visit to her hometown where she was not trusted by anyone she'd known, she toughened up considerably. Anyway, she feels no remorse these days, and even considered raiding a town that had recently helped her crew.

worst thing ever... lets see.... played off as a good guy to the whole region... lied to get other people killed (he stole, attacked etc) killed off 2 whole towns, killed a man on a boat who was giving him a left, stole a bike, ran amuck thru some desertly town.
and well... sadly... no one ever knew he was really evil...
O_O but keep in mind... he had acess to any weapon he wanted
"I think I am wearing a raccoon instead of a fur loin cloth!" O_O poor raccoon....
