I've said it before, and I'll say it again - tiredness was a good idea, but it was too severe when implemented. It was drawn back to have zero effect.

It should be re-implemented, but on a much lower level, and not require active sleeping projects to replenish it.

It'd foster co-operation, you'd need to get people to help finish projects faster - it'd also mean that activiy has less of an effect on progress.

There are loads of topics on tiredness though. But I couldn't find a suggestion thread asking to bring it back...

I never had a problem with tiredness. It would never have been a problem for anyone if a bit of warning was given and we had a chance to build some beds and stuff. What most people were complaining about was that they were too tired to even build a cot to rest on. By the time my characters has their beds built there was no use for them anymore.

Right now, tierdness is the only reason to build many objects (A cot.....) and sinse there is no tierdness, then there is no need for cots.. and stuff.. and i want tiredness back.. BUT NOT TO MUCH BACK. I like how you get tired right now, if only you could get not tired just a little slower...

I have also supported the return of tiredness. Could use a bit more thought than last time in terms of how fast it is acquired and ways to reduce it.
