I agree with Creepyguyinblack, here...
You're giving up production to guard yourself, and stay more alert.
If this bug is going to get "fixed", then there should definatly be a "guarding" option put in place..

Maybe that would finally bring some kind of an end to the "dragging competitions" that are really the only effective millitary tactic nowadays.
