I think as soon as you multiply .9 to the infinity by 10 you have given the number an ending. As at the end of it there has to be a zero. I think that is why that prove works. We just don't know how far the zero goes, but it is there

Obviously the only places where there are sentient beings to question all this is where the conditions were right.
Well lets work that out. There's an infinte amount of worlds. A finite number of them have inteligent life. And everyone knows that a finite number over and infinite number is about a close to zero as it might as well be. So, any senitent life forms you see around you are just a prduct of your own duranged imagination.

First, there's no zero at the end. The 9's go to infinity. That's the basis of the proof.
Second, if there are infinite worlds then threre are probably infinite planets with sentient life because the probability of such a thing is non zero. Even omiting that, your logic is flawed. By that arguement, integers don't exist either because the probability of selecting an integer from the set of real numbers is also zero.

Yes but wouldn't it make sence that as soon as you multiply the infinite 9's by ten you would get a zero all the way at the end on infinity (sort of like the end of the universe then stepping 1 more space out; it's impossible but that's why it works.)
Here are some examples I learned in like 2nd grade.
1 X 1 = 1
1 X 10 = 10
2 X 1 = 2
2 X 10 = 20
89326498543894265387453297 X 10 = 893264985438942653874532970
As you can see when you multiply the number no matter how big or small it is the last number will be a zero.
In a decimal situation...
1 X .1 = .1
10 X .1 = 1
10 X .01 = .1
As you can see again it takes out the last decimal place since every number gets shifted to the left 1 "space-thingie" Have no idea what to call them.
So in theory which I have been thinking about for the past 2 days. That therom only works because you are ending the decimal equation. We just don't know how far infinity goes to find out where that zero is, but it's there.

So infinity doesnt exist? Well, how about a circle? is has no end. It goes on forever. Thats infinity to me, like PI. Pretty darn infinite to me.

I was thinking of infinity is a line format. It doesn't exist in the sence that the universe is constantly expanding, but it does exist if you beleive the universe has an end it just keeps moving. The extra zero yould be like staying an extra step out in front of it if you are a visual person.
Then again I may be completly wrong. I am just thinking really hard about something I have wondered about forever.
I'm still a high school student after all.

Yeah, well, since not even einstein or Steven hawkins could answer this question, your opinion is as good as anyone's. If I were to say that the universe is actually a pink elephant, who can disprove it?
So, the universe is a pink elephant untill someone proves otherwise.

The universe is finite so far as we can tell. If it was infinite, you couldn't step out of it.
If .9 repeating has inifinte decimal places, there is no end to add a zero to. It's like the Hilbert Hotel problem. Imagine a hotel with infinite rooms labeled 1, 2, 3 etc. but every room is occupied by one guest each. Now a new guest has arrived wanting a room. The hotel manager assures him that even though every room is full, they can still accomadate him. The hotel manager has each guest move from their room to the next number. Now room 1 is free and the new gues can stay there. Not only that, but every other guest still has a room. The situation of multiplying .9 repeating times 10 is equivalent to the reverse. The guest in room 1 leaves and the manager for some reason has every guest move down one room. Now every room is still occupied. There's no empty space at the end because there is no end.

But there would be an empty space because just because that one person left and everyone moved down one room doesn't mean the room all the way at the last person who moved that room will always be empty. There is always an empty room that just keeps getting pushed down the numbers. So the 0 is still there. It just going farther and farther down the room nuymbers it started at room 1 and then when guest 2 left room 2 and went into room 1 the zero is in room 2 now guest 3 leaves his room and enters room 2 now the 0 is in room 3. This just keep srepeating, the 0 is what makes the theroum work because you are ending the number. It's like saying well 3 is an odd number when you multiply is by 2 it becomes even. Because you are changing the number and giving it different properites.

Here is somthing related to infinity and and the possibility of 5 dimensions
String Theory, it states there might be 11 dimensions.
If you dont know what it is it's very interesting,look it up
Oh and as for God; He loves you all.
Explain love scientifically or with math, and I mean the true feeling, if you
have felt it then you know.
And if you look at it thats really all that any religion is trying to teach.

Even though intuitively you would think there is a space at the end, there isn't. it's an interesting property of infinity that doesn't apply to finite numbers. Remember that they can't always be treated the same.
infinity + 1 = infinity = infinity - 1
As for love:
Love is evolved in order to further the species. First there's altruism which is important for the survival of a social animal like humans. Then there is sexual attraction so that the species can reproduce and the sort of lasting love in a relationship that's meant to keep parents together in order to raise children. It's all to further the species. All your emotions and fears.

Don't bother to measure. Anywhere you cut it, both halves will be equal.

No, actually it only works because the zero isn't there.
from this point on, all my underlines are lines above, and mean that that digit repeats indefinitely.
x = 0.9
10x = 9.9 = 9 + x
9x = 9
x = 1
