Trade: Stall and Barrel

Postby Matix » Tue Feb 07, 2006 10:29 am

It's my new sugestion about trade in Cantr.

Stall
Resources:
5 kg wood, 0,5 kg hemp cloth
Tools:
hammer or stone hammer

It's some like bulding, but when you drop resources in this bulding, all in this location can see it, but nobody who isn't have key of this bulding can take it. This is like to make a marketplace where you can show yours resources and trade with allbody. What do you think about this?

And the second proposition is:

Barrel

Resources:
8kg wood, 0,5 kg hemp cloth, 200g rubber, 100g steel
Tools: hammer or stone hammer

It's some like stall, but you can walking for this verhicle the same speed when you are walking. The next thing is you can take more resources - 50 - 100kg. What do you think about this?

Oh! The next thing is you can heard what people talking around the bulding and verhicle.

That's all. In Polish forums many people want to have this invention...

Sory for my broken english. :?

We didn't really think much of it when Pie suggested it either.

Though the way you worded it makes it seem a bit useful to me afterall. It would be nice to quickly and safely display your goods for sale.

I agree, of course it would require programming's help. These stands or stalls should also be able to be taken down unless you're picturing a more permanent storefront type thing.

I add this idea, because they can change time of selling resources. And trade can be some more interesting.

In some locations trade can take a few time.

Nobody is against it. But knowing the work load of ProgD, it'll probably sit in accepted suggestions for a few years be4 anything happens.

I also agree with the idea of having a way to have something visible but secured. I'm in favour of trade dinamization.
