(Pie, I would appreciate it in future if you would give me a chance to respond to your actions. You can't just run into houses and back out again without giving the characters a chance to respond. What if there was something in the house that I wanted to happen to Ithicus if he entered it? In this case I'll let it slide because I wasn't going to do much if your character entered the house anyways. You also don't know what effect pulling the man up would have had. Basically, whenever you do a significant action, especially ones that involve interactions with other characters, NPC or PC, you need to give the GM, me, a chance to respond before adding on other actions. I haven't been very strict about this in the past but it seems that I'm going to have to start insisting on it a little more.)
(For Pie, Leo, and 3shyof30rats)
The man was startled by Ithicus' sudden action, but managed to compose himself after he was let go. At that moment he noticed Erake and nearly jumped out of his skin. He made some kind of gesture and ran back inside his house. Ithicus made his way back to the wooden statue, the entrance to the forest ahead of him.
(For Nalaris)
Deimos found a comfortable patch of flowers in which to get some rest. The petals felt soft against his skin (carapace? shell?).

"Well, I trust you. I don't know why I trust you. I guess I have no other choice. I have to go now. Thank you again." Omura begins to run down the path to put some extra distance between her and the serpent. Despite what she said, she really didn't trust the serpant. As she ran her hands once again began picking at the Groff stuffing it in her pouches.
"My mind works like lightning, one brilliant flash and it's gone."

Erake smirked and looked at Andrik. She nodded towards the creature that ran inside and laughed. "What's gotten into him?" Not even waiting for an answer she started walking around, peeking into a few windows here and there. Some place, here...Just like everywhere else I've been...boring...

"I believe I have the strength to do this task. I will take the sacred token to Xunis for you, Mother. I will not fail."
Ao looks to Tek and mind speaks. "This will be a dangerous journey, and I won't blame you if you did not want to go. But you've been an invaluable companion so far; and I would be glad to have you travel with me again if you are up to it."

(Global statement)
The moon had just started to rise above the horizon, 3/4 full. The sky became slightly brighter.
(For Pie)
Ithicus entered the forest, a host of fireflies lighting his way. Eventually he came upon the central clearing, where he could just make out a dark shape in the grass.
(For Swymir)
Omura made it onto the forest path. Sure enough, the fireflies that Resuso had promised were there. Up ahead she could make out the exit to a clearing.
(For 3shyof30rats, Leo)
The various faces in the windows disappeared as Erake peeked in. The bonfire raged on, though with no-one tending it, it was getting noticeably smaller as the fuel got used up. The praying man re-emerged from the house. He carried a plate heaped full of some roasted animal, which he brought over to Erake. He advanced with trepidation, bowing his head as he approached her, arms outstretched holding the plate. He muttered some words as he offered the food to her.
(For AoM and Tek)
"I cannot accompany you on this journey, I am afraid," Kikkik mindspoke. "I am needed here for the time-being."
On the altar before them, a bronze orb with a disc formed around it appeared. It had a chain on it that looked like it went around the neck. The orb was decorated in intricate etched designs not unlike that on Ao's tattoo.
"Take... the... toke... en... and... pre... zent... it... to... Xu... nis... my... dear... sis... ter. Ki... kik... will... tell... you... how... to... reach... her... doh... main."
"You must go to the very top of the mountain," Kikkik said immediately after Eriadina had finished. "There you will meet Shasan, who will lead you to the Bridge. Once you cross over you will be in Xunis' domain. From that point on you will be on your own. You must present the token to Xunis and convince her before... well... before she kills you. I wish you the best of luck, Brother Ao, Friend Tek. Mother will open the passage to the mountain-top for you."
"Good... luck... Ay... Oh... and... Tek. You... have... my... bless... ings."
At that, a rock slab on the left side of the inner sanctum slid aside, revealing a shaft of light on the other side.
"Step into the light, it will take you to the top," Kikkik indicated.

Andrik strides along the middle of the road, eyeing in on the buildings surrounding him, moreso the buildings that seem to stand out the most. He attempts to search all of the village contents without leaving it.

Ao nods and picks up the token. He then plods over to the light. "Let us not delay then. Farewell for now Brother Kikkik. And Mother, It is an honor to have met you and to have been brought into your service. Nothing that may happen to me can take that away." He waits for Tek to step into the light alongside him.

(For Leo and 3shy)
Most of the buildings seemed to be houses of some sort. One building in particular stands out; it is a large stone building with tall, heavy wooden barn-like double doors on it. One of the doors is slightly ajar. Not far from the bonfire is a rickety-looking shack that smells heavily of fish, and some distance away is a long rectangular building with sturdy doors at both ends. Some of the houses Andrik passed looked as if they had been gutted by fire not long ago.
(For Swymir, Pie, and Nalaris. It's hard for me to keep track of which PCs have met which other PCs, so if some of you haven't met each other, just pretend I haven't told you their names.)
On closer inspection, and with the help of the newly-risen moon, Ithicus realized that the figure was that of Deimos, who seemed to have fallen asleep in a bed of wildflowers.
Out of the corner of his eye he sees Omura entering the clearing, slowly and carefully. Omura can just make out the images of Ithicus and Deimos in the pale moonlight.
(For AoM and Tek)
The two figures stepped into a small chamber filled with the light from some source high above. Without warning, they started to float upwards through the shaft above them as if they were feathers in an updraft. They began to pick up speed, the rocky walls of the shaft flying past them at an astonishing rate. Shortly, they decreased in speed until they were ascending at a leisurely pace. They emerged moments later from a hole in the top of Mount Lomba. They found themselves on the edge of a caldera, on one side of them the mountain seemed to drop off down into nothingness, on the other lay the remains of a long-dormant volcano. It was quite cold, and the moon cast an equally frigid light across the entire scene. They had been told they were to meet someone up here, but it didn't seem that anyone or anything would be able to survive up here for long.
clap-tap, clap-tap, clap-tap they heard behind them. Turning to look they saw a haggard old mountain goat. It looked up at them with yellowy eyes, its ribs showing through the skin.
"Oy, you must be the ones," it said, its voice clearly that of an old man. "I'm the one they call Shasan, though I don't call myself anything. Don't care much for names."

Erake stared at the creature offering her food, and her gaze immediately went to the pile of burnt corpses. She looked back at the food, and then glared at the creature. "Are you kidding me?? Get that away from me! I don't know what it is!" She hit the plate out of the creature's hands and stretched her wings out to their length in attempt to frighten the creature. She glared at him through her black eyes.
