Ao speaks to Erk in earthspeak.
"I am Ao, a Muck-born servant of Eriadina. It is good to meet you, Erk. Small you may be, little flying rock, but if you are a gaurdian of the Earth Mother then I do not doubt your ability. Take care should that wizard show his face, and I shall speak with you again."
Eagerly, Ao plods through the entranceway, taking Kikkik with him.

(For Swymir)
The old man looked sternly at Omura as he swatted her away from his robes. "What's this? Someone trying to rob the God of Justice?" he barked angrily. "Why, I never... Perhaps you didn't know who you were attempting to rob then? Does that make it any less of a crime, hmm?"
Omura found herself being levitated by an invisible force. She could only flail helplessly as she rose to the level of the God of Justice's face.
"What should we do with you then, mmm?" he queried.
(For Nalaris)
Resuso was taken aback by the question.
"Oh, dear me, child, I would never allow this holy grain to poison one of you wonderful creatures."
Resuso bobbed and weaved with the breeze, staring intently at Deimos. His tongue occasionally flickered, tasting the breeze.
(For AoM and Razorlance)
Erk chuckled in mindspeak. "Trust me, friend Tek, my other senses more than make up for my, er, lack of sight."
The stone slab rolled back into place as the trio passed into the spiralling corridor. Along the walls, glowing red stones jutted out periodically, casting a softly fluctuating red light throughout the corridor. There was just enough light to see where one was going.
As they descended further, a distinct rumbling intermittently shook the walls lightly.
"I never asked you this, Ao," started Kikkik, "but, er, why exactly do you want to see Mother?"

Panic crosses Omura's face as she flails about in air trying to run away. "What? I didn't do anything, you dropped something and I was returning it to you. Please, put me down." Tears cross her face as she makes desperate attempts for the ground. "I didn't mean to do anything, I can't control what my arms do. They seem to have minds of their own. You should see all the odd things that appear in my pouches when I look in them. Why does everyone treat me like a thief? I never stole anything in my life that someone else wanted."
"My mind works like lightning, one brilliant flash and it's gone."

Andrik grinds a nod and then shifts its arm to point at a part of impenetraple wood and undergrowth northward. It turned to the rest and made another small bow before a brief wave above shoulder-height as its steps slightly echo upon the surface. It exits where it entered, and doesn't hesitate to take the path it hasn't taken before, to the more darkened path.

Opening her eyes slowly, Erake sat up and looked around Bassus' Clearing. Where the hell am I?? She remembered coming out of the pond, she remembered meeting that creature that gave her her power..if you wanted to call it that. And she remembered meeting the strange creature that drank too much, but this place, she just couldn't remember. She stood on her feet, a little wobbly at first, but she finally regained her balance. As she stretched her long wings to their length, she looked around. "Hello...?"

Awkward: Having your phone go off full volume during a funeral.
Even more awkward: Your ringtone being "I Will Survive"
The most awkward: Coming back after a 10+ year hiatus and swearing I'd never come back.

(Global statement. Haven't done one of these for a while... need to make up for lost time.)
The sun was now low in the sky. It seemed fat and orange, and cast its light on low-hanging clouds, making for a colourful sunset.
(For AoM and Razorlance. Sorry this one is brief. You're almost there... I'll write a longer one later.)
"Very well, Ao," said Kikkik. "Don't mind my asking, I was merely curious. While I cannot speak for Mother, I am quite sure she will accept you as her servant."
Kikkik then turned to Tek. "And you, Tek, I know you are just along for the ride, but what do you plan to do when we approach Mother? Where will you go and what will you do if Ao is accepted into service?"
(For Swymir)
"You are an odd one, indeed!" Ilosep declared. "Well, now, you say your arms seem to have minds of their own. Then they are all thieves! How shall I punish them? Shall I cut them off so that they will not get you into any more trouble? Hmm?"
(For Leo)
Andrik arrived at the outer edge of the forest, where a tall wooden statue stood. A few strands of rotting flesh hung from it, and the wood was stained in blood. It stood silently, giving no indication of its purpose. Beyond, to the north, some pastures spread out before him, and past that stood a small village, a single trail of smoke puffing into the sky from its center. A low wooden fence stood on the other side of the pastures, separating Andrik from the path that led into the village. It seemed to serve little purpose other than to mark off where the pasture ended, for it was too low to block the passage of any creature.

"Erake, we wondered when you might wake up," Briker mindspoke to her. "You've been sleeping for quite a while."
"Eraksssh..." started Bassus. "Izes wundrin whenssh you'd come join the parsss... parsst... party! Ma dearsssh... I jus' lost one of ma girlsssh... wuddya like ta be an hun... hon... honorary nymphsss?"
(For Nalaris)
The groff had no adverse effect on Deimos, but burst with flavour as it touched his tongue. It tasted like nothing he had tasted before, but he knew at once that it was the most incredible taste.
"You enjoy?" Resuso questioned in his intense manner. His tongue flickered as if he were sharing in Deimos' enjoyment of the groff. "Eat as much as you like, wonderful creation!"

Erake stared at Bassus in disgust. "Your nymp...?" She rolled her eyes and looked towards the road. "I have better things to do than waste my time like that, creature. Now how do I get out of here?"

Omura resumes her struggle to free herself upon hearing the man's words. "What? Cut off my arms? I need those. Let me go! I won't bother you anymore. I was just curious about the temple. Put me down. I'll go away. I promise. You'll never have to see me again."

"Phewf... Ize tells yah whatchee needsssh..." replied Bassus. He then proceeded to laugh uncontrollably.
"Well, there's only one way out of the clearing, at least by foot," started Briker, ignoring Bassus' remark. "If you're flying, you could just go directly north, there's a village up there. The villagers don't like our kind but they will leave you alone. I am told there are some interesting places further north of the village. Or you could go back to the Muck Pond, and then south to the mountains. If for some reason you're going by foot, you'll have to take that path over there to the main clearing, and then take the left path to the village or the right path to the Groff fields."
(For Swymir)
"There is curiousity and then there is thievery," replied Ilosep. "I will put you down if you promise to keep your hands to yourself. As it happens it is my duty bestowed upon me by the Goddess of Life, Anesek, to unlock your fate, your hidden ability. You'd best stick around while I assign it to you, then you can run off and do whatever it is you do. If I had it my way I'd just toss you out of here right now. It is fortunate for you that Anesek does not judge her creations."
At that, Ilosep released his invisible grasp on Omura, letting her down roughly upon the stoney ground. "Shall I assign you your fate then, little thief?"

Omura drops to the ground and immediately begins carresing it. "Oh thank you. I'll do whatever you say. Go, stay, whatever. I'll try to be good, but I swear when I'm not paying attention they just wonder around. I've never taken anything on purpose."

The construct kept it's eyes aware of the surroundings ahead of it as it steps over the fence and past the pastures to humaniod civilization.
