Which is inaccurate as the types of terrain the road connects is also taken into account as well as the distance - Upgrading a mountain path is harder than one on the plains .

So, what is the walking speed (if a bus is 1)?

As has been stated before

Walking Speed = 10 - (weight carried / 5000)

Land Vehicle Speed = Base Speed * Road Factor * engine ) - (weight carried / weight delay)

Boat Speed = Base Speed - (Weight Carried / weight delay)

Therefore an unladen character walks at 10 units per day
An unladen bus travels at 100 units per day on a sand path , 135 units per day on the road type etc

(Actually an unladen bus won't move because it needs a driver  )

Minimum and Maximum speed should be like this or?

Sloop 33 - 50
Dinghy 12 - 15
Longboat 12 - 22
Raker 44 - 60
Soarer 24 - 40
Skimmer 18 - 40
Galleon 9 - 45

There is the weight of the driver to take into account so the Maximum is not necessarily achievable.

The minimum boat speed is 1 . Your calculation are just based on a single ship , ignoring the possiblity of other docked boats and internal rooms/buildings. Theoretically the speed can reach zero but whilst at sea there is a in-built minimum speed of 1 when moving .

My guess would be about 10% difference, give or take a few%, based on observation.

So you guess that its not a absolut distans but part of the road. So on longer roads you meet people walking oposit direction during longer time than on short roads?

My guess is that it is an absolut distance in pixels and that it is 2 or 3 pixels distance but i whant to be sure.
