Cantrian Bodies

Postby Coramon » Fri Jan 27, 2006 2:11 am

I recently had somebody elses character ask me what a backbone was. I didn't even try to explain it. What I'm saying is that even if Cantrians don't have backbones raccoons do. So do Cantrians have normal body parts like humans? Or is that as of yet undiscovered.

I'm not sure what to think.

Despite the silliness that has gone on in other threads, I think there's a consensus that Cantrians have the same body parts we do.

So then it was a dumb question to ask, "What's a backbone?"

Well a backbone is still easy to explain, since you can feel your spine through your skin. But what about liver or things like that? It would be so cool if we could do autopsy in Cantr, even though in many places it would be taken as defiling the dead. My character wasn't even allowed to collect graveyard dirt in one place because it would disturb the spirits!

And checking the cause of death probably involves an autopsy. At least for heart attacks...

It means backbone. Rygg means back.
