For some reason, the ship cannot be undocked...

One of my characters is exploring a desolate continent. She docked a location, looked around and wants to continue her expedition.

The message is:

ERROR: For some reason, there is no direction in which can be undocked.=

I hope this is not meant to be this way.

Could this question be forwarded to someone that can make the location "not dockable".

If not, there will be others docking this place in the future.
(There's going to be holiday resorts, disco's and scuba diving schools nearby and I'm thinking about facilities for waterskying and helicopter flights.)
