I would like to nominate my character Commodore Alec Ket. :D Anyone who's met him or lives in the Lake Village area knows why.

Nah, Alec is nothing compared to Bandit. He terrorized an entire region for a long time...at least I'm pretty sure his name was Bandit...the one from the Mokus....He died a long time ago, but his name is still scary to those who remember those times.

Actually, I don't know why.

Nothing wrong with Snadert, he's not bad. He's good at what he does. Pleasure to be around.

From what I have heard of Ciara, she sounds a little bit more than just another miscreant.

Not dead from why I heard.

I fully know a person known as the bandit died in olip west a long time ago, I was there and wanted to dance on his grave, but ... Bandit is not dead.
Reality was never my strong point.

Bandit's not dead? The Crew sure thinks he is.

I actually live in Lake Village and have never heard of him. Perhaps it's because I'm rarely outside?

The infamous Bandit is most definitely dead. White name on a screen shortly after the townspeople grabbed him. :P
His crew almost all died off recently, but there's still something of his legacy/curse remaining. :D Someday they shall scourge the lands again! Baa!

Oh, and I think Nick Blackrock or the TBR of recent should be nominated. They aren't rulers of territories anymore, but they sure are aiming to be villains. :)
1099-5: Bandit says: "Collect a sum of 100 000g of sand to offer me in tribute or I will kill you."
