The terrorists are sputtering and dying (like I said, increased suicide bombings is usually a sign of despearation, once again like Japan and the kamakazi pilots). They'll be easy to handle soon enough, not much more than street crime with occasional suicide bombers. If America's still in Iraq at that point then I'll agree we've gone two far.

Yep, gotta agree there. Violence in the middle east has lasted for hundreds of years, but I'd definately say this war will solve that problem for good. :?

Violence in the Middle East won't stop until everyone in the Middle East is dead, true. But I'm saying they're beginning to lose power, starting to lose their grip. I saw a headline recently, "Iraqi's swarm polls". There's probably a bigger percentage of Iraqi citizens voting than Americans. I think the war is finishing itself, and while violence will never cease, I think it will decrease to a slightly more tolerable level. I never said it would stop. I just said it would get better. And I really need to edit that typo.

Point is, it's none of America's business. Whether Sadaam is good or bad, deserved to be removed or not, or whatever. None of America's business.
When's the appropriate time to remove troops? Now. They never should have been there in the first place. If you guys think that any larger than 0.1% of the world other than the US thinks America isn't committing horrible attrocities, you need to open your eyes and watch some international news.

It's too easily dismissed by Americans. This is making the world hate America. This is not just a minor problem. Consider this like, when TBR invaded Karnon Seaside.

And I know you've heard it before. But I don't think this has fully sunk in with most Americans.

I would literally join any good caused army that declares war against the US for what they're doing to our world. A lot of Americans are good people, but you have allowed your government to become too corrupt. You're not the America your forefathers envisioned. And it's too late, really. You can't just, vote Democrat next time and think it will be all better. Nobody will make it to President without not just minor, but extreme levels of corruption.

We're getting better Nick. A lot of stuff is being uncovered now, and the government is getting hit big. It's still not great, but citizen awareness is definitely up.

This takes the cake. Good luck on your war against the US. Why don't you start an army?

That's one of the most ignorant things I've ever heard. Especially coming from the guy who said that whatever Sadam Hussein did is none of America's business. I suppose the war in Iraq is Nick's business more so.

Oh, so your saying It's none of our buisnes? HUH? YOUR SAYING IT'S NONE OF OUR BUISNESS??????!?!?!!!!!!!!!!

I do have a point in my incredible dicition to debait this topic further, and my un-understandible coments.

So, loosing hundreds of american souls in a terorist attack is not our buisness? SHURE their wasn't any Al-quida(Spellling dosent matter.) In Iraqu, But there shure as heck is now.

And you have to say that if we didn't do anything, Iraq would have gotton Powerful. Maby even to the point of a world power. And what next? Go back to making vegitable gardens and parks? NOOOOO. They would start a HOLICOST!!!! I mean, JUST THINK!!!! In the Middle East, the only ONLY Reason their hasn't been any WORLD WARS Coming frome the Middle east would be THEIR ARENT MANY WORLD POWERS DOWN THEIR.

And, if they did start a war, and oil got cut off, then we would have an even more crises in America. WE WOULD DIE CERTAINLY. Taxes would go up, just to buy enough oil to run a tank. AND, The truking industry's in america would go PLOP, and we wouldn't have any food. Most places AROUND THE WORLD WOULD GO BANCKRUPT WITH AN OIL CRISES. Any place that takes oil frome the middle east would go Plop.

What I am saying here, is that if Iraq would have gotton powerful, Or ANYONE In the middle east THAT IS CORRUPT gets to powerfull, and power HUNGRY(As suddam CLEARLY was) 1ST WORLD NATIONS AROUND THE WORLD ARE GOING TO DIE. No kidding. And we cant very well stop them frome becoming to powerfull, I mean, Their are other oil nations in the middle east that can stop shipping oil, and their is somthing called an alliance that some other contry's can make agains the U.S., So why not make them a democrasy, SO FAR, The best government out their.

And also, the Democrasy/ Republick that is in america, and most other goverments is SO FAR, THE BEST GOVERNMENT WE HAVE. SO if you want to chang anything about the "Coruption" Of the goverment, JUST START A REVOLUTION!!! CREATE A BETTER GOVERNMENT!!! Or... Is their even a better government?ychia(Ychia means yea) right.

And don't say that you were lied to. If you were INTENTIONALLY lied to by Bush, WHY I'LE EAT MY HAT!!!!(I don't have a hat :D )

PEOPLE WHO WANT BUSH TO BE A BURNING BUSH ARE SOMTIMES STUPID AND IRATIONALL!!!!!! I SAID SOMTIMES!!!! NOT ALL OV THE TIME!!!!!

STill... Burning bush. Moses. Heh.

(EDIT) I just wantid to reiderate.... That their are wars alredy happening doun their, but their hasn't been any worldwide wars doun their. and their aren't MANY countryes attacking countries, thus making those attackings an isolated incedent. The thing is, that their are just so many wars down their, just that they are all small.

Also, i edited to make sertain spaces to seperate paragraphs not relating to each other.

The road to Hell is paved with good intentions.

"How dare they cast down an evil regime and declare war on terrorist organisations? To war!"

Individual soldiers have done some very, very wrong things. They're American enlisted soldiers, the bulk of them probably joined because they didn't get a football scholarship and didn't want a desk job. Maybe they joined the Army to help straighten out their lives. Point is, they're a pretty good representation of the worse side of America, not the government.

Every nation has a corrupt government. Duh. Politics, litterally, means many blood sucking insects. Get over it. You say you'd join an army against America, so long as it was "good intentioned", because America is (in your opinion) a terrorist nation, correct?

Look at it from the Americans point of view. Iraq has an evil leader who tortures his own people, shoots at them, and enforces the Muslim religion. It's a terrorist regime, so people join the army which has the good intention of ending the regime. A few years later and that good intentioned army is in way deeper and longer than originally intended. They find themselves not liberating but occupying Iraq.

You criticize America for starting the war in Iraq, than advise that a war be fought against America for the exact same reasons. Before now I considered you a worthy opponent, but now you just seem like a whining hypocrite. Prove me wrong.

I...hmm...

For one, I can't think of an eloquent statement to say, but I disagree with Pie. I can't back it up right now, because I don't really know all the answers...

I'll get back to you when I'm right.

Fu.ck this shit. I'm tired of repeating myself. It's all there. If people to lazy to read, fu.ck it. We should all probably have been doing productive things anyhow, like sleeping or something.

But it's really godamn annoying when one addresses an issue or a challenge to what one has said, only to have it repeated a few seconds later, disregarding what has already been said.

People not just do it to me. Happens to everyone.

Everything I've got to say is already been written in here. Look around, it's there. Anything else I say would just be repeating myself.

Also, the refusal of people to make simple connections aswell as people's insistance on rediculing perfectly clear and understandable statements by comparing them to a bunch of shit like "I cannot get the ink off of my hand." is extremly frusterating. I mean, c'mon, man.

Anyhow, everything I have to say is there, marked under "Schme." I'm sick of saying the same stuff over and over.

I thought this thread had already died...

Does no one else get utterly sick of discussion about the war against Iraq?

I must have repeated my position over and over again, and it gets tiresome. People will think what they want, believe whatever they want to believe, listen who they want to listen to, myself included.

I get tired at what I see to be the short-sightedness of some people, who hide behind the 'Saddam was a bad man' argument, which is an argument about as thin as a cardboard box - the world is full of bad men, torturing political prisoners, locking people up for standing up against the political power - why Saddam, why not North Korea? Or China? etc. etc.

Then again, I'm sure many people think I'm short sighted in what I would admit is probably a knee-jerk reaction against war in any form.

People will think what they want to - believe who they want to. This argument is never going to be 'won' by any side or any opinion, neither is anything that gets said here likely to change the opinion of someone else in the slightest.

Give it a rest, we're all right and we're all wrong, and this is futile and just plain irritating...
