Yeah, now where have I seen this before?

Don't you just hate it when it's 2 am and you're waiting for someone to make a move and nothing happens...

...you log back in after an hour of getting your characters caught up, anxious to see what will happen next, but when you click your highlighted character you see:

You see X talking to Y.

So you log out, then log back in, go to the same character to see:

You see Y talking to X.
You see X talking to Y.
You see Y talking to X.
You see X talking to Y.
You see Y talking to X.

Get a room!
Beatings will continue until morale improves!!

Many times, it's actually nothing more than talking.
Just because you're older, smarter, stronger, more talented... doesn't mean you're BETTER.

Haters!

Quite the contrary... I love spending small chunks of my preciously portioned 200 minutes clicking the Hide All button to wipe away several dozen reciprocal so-and-so talking to so-and-so's. In fact, I'm going to forget having all my characters pursue wood, iron, and leadership, simply to head to towns filled with lovers and no unlocked buildings, because I want to see "You see a clown in his twenties talking to another clown in her twenties" in perpetuity. Go Cantr!

I'm gonna play on Christmas.
My family situation isn't exactly the kind of material to write christmas-ish stories about, the bar I always go to, which used to be open every year at christmas and new year's, has just been told by the local authorities that they'll have to close during those days, and well, I've got nowhere else to go.
So, yeah, I'm playing.
But because those are festive days *gag*barf*gag* I'll probably be playing drunk

You have worked hard all week, you owe this one night of beer to yourself, this is your reward for working all day!

*begins puking into a toilet*

I can't get the quote to work, but the above text is from Bill Cosby. Apparently he doesn't spend his weekends puking up poison.

Well hey... I get to work on Christmas... and New Years Eve.... till 4:30 am. And I worked all night x-mas Eve, so I slept all day Christmas. What a like I lead huh.

LOL

Seriously though, my job is quite fun at least and most of my friends work with me so it's cool - not to mention I get double time for a mandatory work day.
