The player of the character who created this note used an image (the actual map) hosted at another site . That image is no longer available. - This is outside the Cantr Staff's control.

This is one reason why images used in notes should be sent to pictures@cantr.net for uploading to the Cantr server and not included as external html links

I'm sure that in a game of this size, someone may have saved the image on their computer. I know I have a couple of maps on the computer at my parents' place but unfortunately I don't think this one was among them.

I think I have this one at home. I'll post it here later where you all can decide if it's what I think it is (it's unlabeled).

It's the one apparently done in Paint and shows the entire coastline of the Naron island (but no inland regions). The name tag for Knatr in the upper right corner has been erased poorly, probably because it was pointing at a wrong place, or so I presume. The name tags have... white backgrounds and there are red lines connecting them to the dots that mark the coastal towns.

I bet there are hundreds of copies of that note. Is it even possible to edit them all to point to a new picture on Cantr server (provided that a copy is even found)?

Right, that's what I have. It'll be sent over in a few hours.

ProgD could easily do a search-and-replace; I don't see any reason for that not to be done.

[cut map]
[Edit (by marol): Please don't post maps or links to them on forums.]

If someone who's seen it in-game more recently than I have can confirm that this is the right thing, I'll send it over to pictures@cantr.net.

Excellent. It's been sent.

If your character has the map, they probably shouldn't edit the image link, or it might not be fixed. In the meantime you should refer to the link I posted here whenever your character needs to look at the map. I will post here when the fix comes in.

That is most certainly the map in question.

The map is on the Cantr server, and the notes will be fixed within the next 12 hours or so.
