Some people might hate stupid sounding names.

One of my chars hates the name Bob.

Jesus's brother Bob anyone? Anyway, surprisingly I've never run into anyone called Bob in Cantr. Many Roberts but none of them called Bob.

I've found that most people with incredibly stupid names are usually n00bs who either quickly get bored with Cantr and sleep to death or go around doing stupid things until they're thankfully killed. The name might be a deciding factor in pushing them over the line from 'somewhat annoying' to 'very annoying and must die', but their actions usually give a good enough excuse that their brutal slaughter can't really be blamed on OOC reasons.

Well I have two Bobs at the moment, both doing quite well, and both well into their 30's. I haven't heard that song before though so it isn't either of my two

One of my characters is really irritated by Trucky of DoUrden Estates. He's always like "Hand that over, it belongs to DoUrden." and "Don't make me shoot you with my crossbow, you moron." Gosh he's such a square with all the rules and such.

Ok, so I made the quotes up and he would be justified in shooting my char, but that doesn't make my char like him any more.

OOC I think he’s well played and any of my other chars would like him (except for one who would be indifferent). But my character who knows him is turning out to be a little weasel, :twisted:

and if he lives long enough could be really fun to play.

Ploat? Relatively harmless? LOL! He was on the road with me when I met him, and asked him to join my Army. He was a'bashing all and everything in sight. He's a lethal primitive animal, he is expert in all skills in fighting! I think... I feel special knowing someone who is known!
