Duplicate account problem

Duplicate account problem

Where I've been playing this game my two sons have become interested in it.

The youngest set himself up an account on his pc a week or so ago. Now the oldest has tried to set himself up an account, he got a rejection e-mail saying he'd been refused because he already has an account. I'm assuming this is because of his brothers account.
Is there anything I can do about it?

E-mail the PD at players@cantr.net, explaining the situation. They're usually nice about this sort of thing provided you notify them beforehand.
