That's a ban placed by the server, not by an ops on the cantr channel - it's not listed in our ban list.
I've got absolutely no contact with whoever runs the gnug.org (TA) server that hosts the #cantr channel. So I can't tell you who it was that placed the ban or why, or even if it was you that was banned and not someone else's ban affecting you, sorry
