Missing Stuff

Alright, I was starting some repair projects and when going to start a project for a pickaxe I accidently clicked the copy key...well, I quickly clicked to start a repair project for a pickaxe. It sent me to a screen with the hours needed to repair but it also said you can don't something while travelling...I don't really remember what it said. Anyways, I continued with the hours and then was sent into that weird screen...errors and something age 67 or something. To the point, I logged out and went to check if the pickaxe was started and it wasn't; I'm sure I had 2 pickaxes and then I went to inventory and only saw one.

So, now, I think I lost a pickaxe and a key....Not sure of the key but I can't prove it....Can I get some help?

My char started to repair her iron shield. It needed 32 hours, but she decided to spend only 8 hourson it. When completed, she found it still needed 30 hours, so she started again. After a while, she'd done about 15% I think, she asked someone to help her. He couldn't find the project, so I checked on the char's page to see if he had in fact joined it... at which point the project disappeared from that screen, and the shield was back in her inventory, still with 30 hours left of work to do.
