When changing navigation, you stay in the location screen. I think it would be more appropriate if the events screen is selected after a navigation change as that's where a report of the change is shown.

"Short, sweet and to the point." A "why not." A "tweak." A "minor adjustment." "It's that simple."

I'm just quoting; these words haven't been originally been made by me, you know. But that's getting off topic. My apologies.

It would be nice if that map can ever be reverted back to North is up, etc.

I disagree.
Rotating the map will mean that the maps made IC will get extremely confusing. The problems for players to learn that north is 3 o'clock is minor compared to the problems we'll run into when making Cantr North 12 o'clock.

Yeah, no turning the map! But if you would be redirected to events page after changing course, that would be very much welcomed.

I actually sailed one of my chars in the wrong direction for about two weeks becuase I had a map that was orientated with north being up. Then had to sail it two weeks back ...

Keep the maps the way they are.
Reality was never my strong point.

So rotating the map is not a good idea, but my initial suggestion is, isn't it?

Bump. Could this be implemented. There are no objections to this change.

I remember when the map got changed to 3 O' Clock. Confused the shit out of me for a second, but I immediatly understood what happened. I always thought it would be fixed, but it just never did.
