You delete characters by telling PD nicely that you want this and that character to die. And naturally mistakes can happen when the deletion is done by a second hand. So I believe has happened here.

Draken

Curious, is Draken the guy who stole various things from Ummal in the forest ages ago?

We looked at it as severance pay

Aww... Not Sheezix. :(
Just because you're older, smarter, stronger, more talented... doesn't mean you're BETTER.

 I'm sad to see Moanique go. . . . And Celeste, though I haven't had any characters interact with her since Maria Herron died.

Aww! Not Celeste! Upton's devastated. :( Riley will miss her.
Awkward: Having your phone go off full volume during a funeral.

Even more awkward: Your ringtone being "I Will Survive"

The most awkward: Coming back after a 10+ year hiatus and swearing I'd never come back.

Stole? That would have made me a thief and thus would have been persued. I took what I deserved and that included Lil' Henry's woman, Pisa. Spent 25 years two towns away and neither had the stones to come visit. I gave serious consideration to paying them a visit, before deleting Draken.

Three of my characters are comitting suicide... Not that I think any of you know them, they're in the swedish area on an undeveloped island without wood... yeah, right.

My characters will definitely not spawn in the swedish realm no more...

Edit : I speel god!

If you no longer wish to play a character, it is possible to have that character manually deleted by contacting players@cantr.net with your request.

This is done because it is deemed preferable to people suddenly breaking character and, say, requesting to be killed IC or looting and running or just attacking anyone so they will be killed.
I'm not dead; I'm dormant.
