1000 minutes, I'd use them all up!
1440 minutes would be a full r/l day, but Cantr time is different, I forgot the exact numbers (I actually made the conversion between the times and the number of minutes once), so 1440 minutes would break up cantr days.
Right now, I have no job, but even if I did, I already spend all my free available time on the internet.
Cantr is definitely under my skin, I even set my computer to play a loud mp3 two minutes before the reset so I can log in and take care of the day's first things.
That means, I log in even before getting dressed, going to the toilet, and having breakfast.
The current locked situation is funny, in a way, because a few days ago I had this dream where I tried to log in, but the whole screen went red and gave a message that I had been locked out.
In that dream, I broke out in hives and panicked - and then I woke up to quickly check on my chars, about 45 minutes before the reset.
Cantr is an addiction in a good way, it inspires some things...
I started writing some fiction involving some of my chars, I started carving a stone hanger that goes on a keyring, with what I think of as a Cantr-like theme.
When I'm not playing, I'm writing down things that my most important chars are witnessing/experiencing, from their viewpoints, trying to think up as many possibilities as possible that could arrise from those events.
That last thing is something I tend to do to keep my mind as sharp as possible.
I even considered a blog in a "what if my chars had access to blogs"-kind of setting.
In those blogs, I'd have them rant about stuff from r/l as well, and maybe even have them take shots at eachother... the blog would be made from their characters' perspective, with a bit of humor added, but it wouldn't be something that had any reflection on how they lived in the game.
In the game, they'd still be doing the same things, blissfully unaware of anything outside of their range of life in Cantr.
