Senator Jules Vernes annoys me so much. He seems so nice out in the town and all, when he's dealing with citizens and stuff. The minute he goes inside to talk to the people in the prison, he's as rude as he can be. Annoys one of my charries, and he annoys me.

Every Newspawn on Aki, especially thieves.

Quit trying to cheat people! There's more to be accomplished on Aki than anywhere on the three main continents! You can do more, and be the first there to do it!

No vehicles better than boats, lost the technology to make new bows, and surrounded by vast, completly unexplored lands! It's a paradise of sorts!

Don't mind the scores of animals trying to eat you, it's not so bad when you get used to it. :lol:

It just irritates me when people spawn there and the first thing out of thier mouth is what they've learned in other towns.

"Where can I get a job" - I want steel!

"I need to trade for some food" - Job slavery is for me!

"Shouldn't we put a limit on hunting so we don't kill them all?" - I have no idea where I am!

There are days I want to make a bus, just so I can give newspawns tours and show them what the hell is going on, in hope that maybe one out of five gets it!

There's a couple of chars that are getting on my last nerve in Krif Hills(west), both punks have shown that they have no pity towards a char with a speaking disability,and now think it might help to slap him when he speaks.

...punks..I'll show them soon enough how serious I am when I tell them to leave him alone.

The ones that grab some leather, but no food and take off are kinda comical.

Recently saw a couple get in a scuffle over some bones. That was classic. As if there aren't three buildings stuffed with bones right there in town.

I'll chime in with some soabox foot-stamping about Jules Verne. It's been several Cantr years since I was last in Karnon, but that guy's hypocrisy and sliminess turned me off to the whole Imperial concept. Like a Roman emperor, besotted with his own ideals and the sound of his own voice, oblivious to the extent to which his actions are at odds with what he's saying.

I mean, hey, well played and everything, give him that. But a well played *&%#$^ is still just an *&&#$^&$ in game.

Senator Jules Vernes... I wondered what 'outsiders' thought of him. As a player, I was really hoping to learn that he had some despicable connection to TBR--I thought that would have been a great turn of events. My character there, though, would find it highly unlikely as he is such a great leader.

I'll just keep my fingers crossed that something happens. It would certainly shake things up! :twisted:

Yep. Along with several others.

The Barons happened to walk into a group calling themselves the Hunt. They came from all over that region but started in Sjoftich. Their purpose was to Hunt down the Barons and kill every last one of them. :twisted:

My character had the honor of being the first to recognize Fritter and take a hack out of the monster with a battle axe. Felt good.

Senator Jules Vernes is something of an enigma. Working under him, one has very mixed feelings. As a player, I knew he didn't have any shady dealings going on, but I can definitely see why some would think that.

The future of the Republic right now is incredibly difficult to foresee. It could go anywhere or it could go nowhere.

I am having to once again stand and Witness this player commit Suicide by mouthing off to those he has no chance against... this is the Third Character I have seen of this Player die. First one died in Olip West due to his mouth, the next which actually had the same last name as this one died in Olip Forest due to his mouth and now this one in Kowr Southern Fields due to his mouth. I know the discussion is about the Character and what is annoying about this character is his remarks and attitude. AND that I have had to stand and watch him die three times now.. IF he would at least pick a better thing to argue about I might would help him out for the fun of argueing since he needs some help his arguements are pointless for example this time *according to the town leader* he spawned and said he was ready to take over as Leader

AND there is a bug where if someone dies in a bike that you are in while traveling, you don't see that that person have died... AND you are brought back to the place you came from, making yourself vulnerable to a FREAKING 56% ATTACK ON YOURSELF WHEN YOU SHOULD'VE HAVE ALREADY ESCAPED!!!
