Should Marijuana be legalized?

Postby Racetyme » Thu Oct 27, 2005 11:08 pm

Pretty simple, I decided to keep it this way to get a good solid statistic with no room to argue. Much of my reasoning is in another topic, you have already read it if you are up on the happenings of the forum.

Why not? Why should I not get to choose to smoke it if I want to. I will start another poll, we'll see how that goes.

I voted yes, just because I don't see marijuana as an evil substance worthy of being put into the same category as cocaine, LSD, heroine and other hard drugs.

But I don't mind it being illegal either.

Where do you mean?

I really don't want to get into this argument, but I am going to say you're not really clear on what you're talking about. Do you mean generally, should it be illegal or legal because of some value? Or do you mean in a specific place, such as, for example, within a nation, like the United States?

How legal do you mean? Perscription? Legal to everyone? Have the same legal status as alchohol and ciggarrettes has in the states and Canada? Should it's strength be regulated?

You should be more specific on what you want to talk about.

And these polls are not in the least accurate, and cannot be sensically be seriously considered for anything, ever. It'd be like polling a bunch of small children, drug addled minimum wage workers, mixed in with a few batches of mental cases.

Schme, you are a fucking dick. I hope you get hit by a semi.

Now, to answer your question, I mean should it be legal in the same way cigarettes and alchohol are legal in the United States, with an age limitation, and regulation on the power, like alchohold is now.

Why bother with these parochial topics. It is in enlightened countries so a poll is irrelevant.

Fine, it is legal somewhere. I am talking about the US, like I have already said several times, don't comment without knowing what has already been said.

I’m a fucking dick, am I Racetyme? You hope I die? Wow, real nice. Wishing death on someone you don’t even know because you didn’t make what you were talking about clear? Your pretty damn petty, aren’t you, Racetyme?

Listen here, kid. Even if I were a “fucking dick”, as you say, and I did die, would that make you any less unclear what you were saying? Would it change anything for you at all? Would it make you any less of an ignorant, hard headed foul mouthed little punk? No, it wouldn’t.

Why you all being a little thug, son? Where’s that gonna get you? If you live long enough, you’ll realize that it doesn’t’ get you far.

Don’t comment without having read the other thread, eh? Well guess what, no one would have, except you started a different thread. Why’d you do that if you didn’t want people to post things in it? Did you really expect everyone to read your other thread? If you wanted to be talking with people who had already read what you had to say, why didn’t you keep it in the other thread, eh? You’re just all pissed because people making you look bad.

Now you look even more like a stupid hot headed idiot. Had you just responded to the question civilly, you wouldn’t look worse than you already did. Strong words are for weak arguments, boy.

You know what I hope for you, Racetyme? I hope you learn a bit more. And not about weed.

This is what I was angry about. It is the most disrespectful, idiotic, insulting piece of garbage I have ever read. I should expect it from people who live like piece's of garbage though.
