Add in the newly fixed dangerous roads, and we could use a little hand.
Let resting machines heal if the character is fully rested, it only is a good thing.
Maybe limited healing for people standing around with nothing. There are places (like jail) where people don't have access to anything to make a healing machine, and some areas of cantr lack the resources to make any of them, so that is a good idea too, but should be no substitute for getting a good nights sleep.

Or maybe it's because you aren't writing English.
The reason there are rules about how to spell and structure your sentences is to make it easier for other people to understand you. You don't have to follow the rules, as you've clearly realized, but the consequence of that is that people will not always know what you're talking about.
