(enter vehicle button) a Soarer -travelling-

I saw this on Siom's objects page... Is it a glitch?

This is a glitch , but the object has been there a long long time ... so I suppose it's a feature :)

EDIT: You probably can't enter it , aside from the fact that it's locked.
