Tools to speed up repairing
I was thinking that it would be nice if you could make a tool that you could carry around and speeds up how quickly you do repairs, by 25% or so, I couldn't actually think of anything in RL that would do this but for gaming you could use sandpaper or a Sharpening Block, whatever.
And if this has been suggested before Im sorry, I did search for it but found nothing

Na.. Sanding paper is good enough. all you need is some sand... and some wood...
Dont we alredy have sharpening blocks? Well.. if we don't, ime still going to suggest all of these next tools for Speeding up repairing.
Sand paper. 10 grams of wood.. 100g of sand. one day to make.speeds up the proses by 5-10 persent. can be used on everything.
Sharpening block. 500g of stone. 2 days to make. speeds up the proses by 20-25persent. can only be used on Swords.. or things that need sharp edges.
lacquer Could be used in fixing bows.. becous in this manual.. it sais that it is used in making the bow..

Lacquer.. if my asumshin that it is alcahol is correct.. should be able to be made with 10g whater, and Graps.. Wheat.. Barly.. Maby corn? takes one day to make.. can only be used on bows.. and will increas the fixing by 20-25%
Well.. thats all i have

How much time will you actually save?...because you will also need to keep THOSE tools repaired also..thus losing that 25% you gained for other repairs
Although , to me, having repair tools to speed up repairs is a nice idea...but will we then need tools to repair the repair tools quicker? an endless circle in the tool repair department...I really don't want to have even MORE tools to keep repaired...it's hard enough to keep caught up....
I think tools that are left inside a building, should not rot, just as food doesn't rot while inside...

Meat used to rot outside, and may still, but I haven't checked in a while. Once you get over a hundred kilos of raw meat stored up, you don't keep as close track of if you lose a few grams here or there.
After the recent change to repair rates, I haven't seen a big need to speed up repairs. The biggest project I've seen was 11 hours for a crumbling bone knife. Is this just a matter of crossbows and sabers becoming even harder to fix?
Crossbows are kinda getting screwed, from what I've seen. They are nigh impossible to make. I'd rather make a dirt bike than a crossbow in the current system. I know they do ALOT of damage, but is it really to scale of how hard they are to make and maintain?

Reality was never my strong point.

As i see it.. a sand paper will disappeer when you use it to repair somthing.. but since it hardly takes anything to make.. it will hardly do anything.and.. NOW HERES AN IDEA!! WE DONT HAVE TO USE UP ANY TIME WITH MAKING THE SANDPAPER!!
The alcahol... would that work with repairing Bows??? Who nows.. BUT IT WOULD ONLY COST ONE DAY TO MAKE!!!
And the sharpening rock... IS JUST A ROCK!! So it would only take 50g of stone... AND WOULD TAKE NOTHING TO MAKE!
And.. for an actuall tool.. A SHARPENING BLOCK!! AND IT DOSENT NEED REPAIRING!!! Well.. its more like a machine.. but it works.

Raw meat and all foods stuffs . food ingredients and a few other (but not all) vegetable based products currently rot if left on the ground outdoors . If in a characters inventory or indoors or on vehicles then no rotting takes place.

Maybe it shouldn't be a tool at all that helps speed up repairing. Maybe it ought to be a machine? Like maybe give the table a use by having it increase all repairs conducted in the room it's in increased by 15%, since it's alot easier to repair something on a flat surface than on the bumpy ground. Then there's no added repair time for another tool either and could lead to more proffesional Repair shops, especially if there are several different machines that will increase repair time.

Alright.. lets have this. Someone (not me. its my bedtime) make a list of all of the machines.. that we alredy have in cantr.. that would increas the repairing speed and right after it.. the persentage that it would increas. Such as:
Table 15%
Sandpaper 1000000%
yes.. unrealistik... but i cant have one of my posts be COMPLEATLY on topic.. can i?
