To get rid of the tree-branched buildings, we need the grid, so that we have walls instead of rooms
... I'm thinking about it, but it'll be a 2.0 thing.
Communities inside buildings would be possible, though, of course, especially once we've implemented the children (since then characters can start inside a building - can even never come outside
...).

If food resources were finite or the number of projects to gather at a location was finite, then there would be farmers who would be paid to grow food.
Cantr City had/has/will have a good system with a limited amount of ovens.
After the lastest issues people may be more likely to do what they can inside and give the food makers keys to get to everywhere.
