Not done, cause you have progress higher or equal than 99.95% and lower than 100.00%. Ie. 99.97% rounds to 100.0%.

Sorry, the lack of green made my brain go to mush. :P

Now that I have it back, I'd be happy to help, but it seems Marol has quite adequately explained the situation. :)
