Where are you?!

Postby KiNG KiLL » Sat Sep 24, 2005 8:07 am

I have noticed a heavy decrease in events from my fellow characters. Is it always like this on fridays/saturdays? No one's talking! Feels like I'm the only active person in several places... people probably have their favourite characters somewhere else I guess...

I haven't played that long, but in my limited experience I have to agree. It sort of dies off (not from lack of food this time) over weekends. Maybe everyone do Cantr when they should work? ;)

Usually on the weekends I play Cantr all day (and night), or would if there would be any company. But unfortunately some people are all silent during the weekends.

I've not been here that long but I play Cantr at work on and off. If I've less to do it's more on that off ;-)

I am a busy mother and wife at weekands and we have a very full life IRL so I can't play much at weekends... I guess the trick is to start your travelling or long projects last thing on Friday...

And then someone clever decides to organise a march of 30+ people on Friday Afternoon (UK time). And expects the charries to be alert over the RL weekend.

Weekends are the hardest time for me to connect... usually I can't connect at all.

Sometimes I've considered stopping my traveling chars on Friday evening, so they don't pop into town when I can't animate them.

Meh.

I am online all the time, generally. Just at the moment (having just moved) the net is not quite sorted...

*gasp* You didn't mention WoW in there....anywhere!!
Awkward: Having your phone go off full volume during a funeral.

Even more awkward: Your ringtone being "I Will Survive"

The most awkward: Coming back after a 10+ year hiatus and swearing I'd never come back.
