Well, I have suspicions about two people: the guy that came prepared with all the trinkets either knew we'd need them and brought them to make a profit cause he's one of them and the girl that came in holding her arm may have been or marked by one of them.

The man is taken aback by the talk back he is getting. "Well, that's a dern nasty stereotype you got there missy, and I'll be darned if I let that stand!" He stamps his foot commandingly. "You have mentioned two old men that you don't particularly like, and one, being me, you hardly even know! In my day we kept our feelings to ourselves, we didn't rant about them to the whole wide world! Our problems was our business! And missy, don't tell me to save my energy, 'cause I got a lot left, and I plan on using all of it before I die! Which will most likely be from these buggers!" He ends in a huff, but adds quickly, "And though it don't matter, my names is George Dooler!"

George turns to Sparkle. "The same goes for you lady, and I wasn't the one with uneccessary comments, I was trying to shush you two up. Shush up your blabbin', that's all. And it will be the end of us! Not may, will! But we might as well kill a few of the monsters while we're at it. Go out strong, give a fight! But sharing our personals is not how we do it!"

I too am Suspicous of a man who would carry so much beast fighting equipment. The fact that others also find this suspicious means that I am growing ever more certain the Roger is one of these monsters.

George scoffs at the idea. "Oh come on now, you nitwits! These are dangerous times! It's not like this is the first encounter! We've known about this stuff for years! Though the items are cadswallop, you can't judge a man by that!"

How would you suggest we judge people, you dont want us to base our decisions on there past and you dont want us to base our decisions upon the items that a person is carrying. I do not want to kill someone based purely on chance.

As you say these are dangerous times, how is it that a man has managed to survive as long as you obviously have

"Well, this town hasn't yet been infested until now, but other towns have, and it was only time until they came here. And did I say not to judge on past? I believe I said not to talk about the past in general!"

*snorts derisively* I'm sorry, but your arguments are beginning to border on the absurb, Auggie and Cindy. Can you two even hear what you're saying? "He's carrying items that can be used against monsters, therefore he is obviously a monster." That is the most tenous line of reasoning I have ever encountered, and believe me, as a former attorney, I've heard plenty of logical fallacies. You say you don't want to kill at random, and yet you seem to have just picked two random people out of the crowd, decided they were monsters, and then tried to fabricate evidence to prop up your reasoning. Someone could do that with every single person in here. "Oh, George has bushy eyebrows, therefore he is obviously a monster." "Oh, Stevin speaks with an accent, therefore he is obviously a monster." We should judge people based on their actions, not on trivial characteristics. Right now, you two are acting a lot like monsters who want to knock off someone they suspect is a Hunter... not that I am one... it was something I've aspired to, certainly, but I'm just not fit enough physically. *shrugs* Perhaps you are only coming up with these accusations because you're afraid, but I'm only pointing out that you two aren't entirely free of suspicion either.

she looks up at the person who mentioned her arm
Mark, what mark?
she removes her hand from her arm, where a tiny circle of dried blood has formed over the vein
That's the only mark I've got... Only holdin' it 'cos it bloody well ached for some reason this time...
Sure, you could say there's something wrong with me...
she shrugs leans back into the armchair
But I'm no monster.
she laughs quietly then coughs
...
I'd like to see a vampire get at my blood, that'd be one hellofa way to get a fix

the pale woman looks at the lady in the bridal gown and shrugs
she then pulls a packet of cheap cigarettes and a lighter from the back poket of her jeans, lights one and takes a slow drag from it

*sighs* I don't want to argue or fight. *she shivers* I just want to stay alive and come together as a team since we are all we have, to figure out who's behind this.

The storm had somewhat subsided, but dark clouds still hung over the sky, obscuring the sun. The day was ending. Soon night would fall.

The Day will be ending within the next few hours. (9pm EST) If no votes are in, then we will head immediately to the night time phase.

I say Roger's real suspicious. And he's a former attorney turned salesman. That just doesn't make sense unless he can't go out in the day anymore and needed to get a job where he could work nights.

At the smell of the cigarettes, the teen looks up.

"A smoke... could you spare one? It's been a good week, and you know how it goes. Especially with this crap going on." He sighs. "Screamers probably got rained out..."

I reckon Roger is suspicous too, but Im not ready to condemn him just yet. It seems I have been converted to the wait for tommorow school of thought.
