While still digging into the man's neck, he mind spoke to one of the pink things running away saying, "I am your punishment for treating this woman badly! Spread the word to the others, or your lives will all be in peril!"

Thank You! Whoever you are! I'm Audirda. I came from the muck pond and make my home in the sea.

"I am Briker, and I am too small to see I suspect, but I too have come from the Muck Pond. Although we heard of your distress, and came to help you."

(For El_Skwidd, Nixit and AngelSpice)

One of the pink ones threw his spear at Vex/Xev as he completed severing Audirda's bonds. The spear glanced off his hard shell and fell onto the ground, and the man who threw it ran away screaming. The other pink ones slowly backed away, realizing that there was no one left to impress, and not willing to risk death for some fish-woman (who had only brought trouble thus far).
Unfortunately, the "lunatic"'s wild scratching cast Briker once again to the ground. The hopping pink one subsequently trampled the poor little ant, killing him instantly. The man, thinking he was still "cursed", fled to the safety of one of the huts. The village fell silent, as none of the pink ones remained outside. Briker's lifeless body lay crushed upon the ground.

"Briker?" She looks around for him, after she stops hearing his voice, but never finds anything that responds.

She turns to the two headed turtle. "Thank you. Were you here long enough to perhaps see where they took my belongings they stole? I wonder if they're in that stone building over there?"

"I can do that" Tek replied. He quickly moved over to behind Ao and lowered himself down then coiled his limbs around each other so he was just a flat disc shape completely obscured my Ao's bulky form and the other boulders.

(For AoM and Razorlance)

The wizard approached closer to Ao and Tek, oblivious to their presence. He seemed rather unstable, for he kept laughing a very odd little laugh, and his eyes had a crazed look. The wizard himself was a wrinkled green-skinned creature. It had three antennae on its head, arranged like the crown of a peacock, each with a large ball-like bit of skin at the end, and his nose was elongated and came to a point, like a beak. He wore a battered black cloak with odd designs stitched on it, but was completely naked underneath, and the cloak was not fastened at the front. The wizard did not seem like he would be ashamed of his nakedness even if he knew someone was watching. The wizard repositioned himself on a nearby rock, and produced an odd looking bronze device from one of his pockets. He pointed it up at the sky, and another flame-storm erupted. This time the valley shook but no rocks came loose. The wizard laughed and retreated to a before-unseen crack in the valley wall.
"It is safe now." Kikkik said softly.

"Madness... Sheer madness. If all wizards are like that then I cannot see Beezlebub getting his wings back..."

Ao righted himself and nudged Tek. "Let's get to that cave system before that wizard or any of his friends come back."

(For McManus. Good job, and welcome to the game. I think you'll fit right in :))

The foul mass of the dead Tagus had already begun to rot. Flies buzzed about its foul wounds, coated in congealed blood. A series of large footprints indicated that the monster had originated from a dark cave. Beside the cave lay the severed bonsai, leaves scattered all around it. The entire scene spoke of some great violence.

(I won't bother describing the exits you can take... refer back to the earlier posts for that.)

Pimientos looks at the rotting carcass, and the burnt tree he decides a small battle has taken place. With all the foot prints and the smells left behind he concludes a small army must have taken out this creature. But why...thats it!! He must of been guardin something of great value.

Thinking this he heads toward the cave in hopes to find something of value that has been left behind or has been over looked.

Name: Urhukku S'ian
about 2.5 meters tall
fur is blackish and with grey flecks
he has nothing remarkable apart from his muscles
yes, he's a werewolf type thing.
strength is his mainstay
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The Greenish slimy film that covers the Muck pond is broken by a hand, not a normal hand but one with claws and four fingers. A head appears above the water, Long snout and ears, fur covered in Muck and slime, a lolling tongue and whitish teeth show and a howl cracks the night like a whip.
Out crawls a wolf, but on two feet and with the physique of a human, his head set like a humans. If he were wearing a cloak, he could pass for a human, if it were not for the bushy tail that he posessed.
He cracks his head from side to side, and yelps slightly, stretching quite innocently, obviously unaware of the huge muscles on his arms and legs, torso and neck. his claws, blackened but still razor sharp, flex and withdraw, like those of a cats.
He sniffs about, discovering a log on which to sit and make sense of things, there he sits, and contemplates.

"agreed" Tek replied, he uncoiled his limbs and heaved himself once again onto four of them and followed Ao.

MushBall at length, after having partied with the forest with the god and his servants for a very long time (well, in comparison with the length of his life thus far.) MushBall realized, in a one of those short bouts of sobriety, he realized that, despite having made powerful connections here, never get very far if he simply stayed in the forest. He had to fulfill his master plan, his destiny (as he was, of course, destined for very great things.) and go fourth into the world to spread his wisdom and insight. It would be unfair to keep his greatness isolated here, from all the hundreds of people who loved and adored him (as by now, his reputation had undoubtedly spread across the world. How could it not?)

He stopped drinking the wine until he was sobered up enough to articulate this, and he then did so.

“…So you see, I am so very grateful for all that you have done for me, God of the Forest, and all the hospitality I’ve been shown, but alas, as I’ve said, I must move on. But I shall never in my life forget the times we’ve had, and I’ll be sure to return and visit some time, if I’m welcome.” He paused and then added, glancing at Yanisha. “Also, while I remember, I must compliment your lordship on your servants. They’re very well trained and…kind. A very lovely bunch if I’ve ever met one.”

Waving his final goodbyes, he turned around to leave, but remembering something, he said, over his shoulder. “Oh, and, your lordship, if my friend Kitty ever happens to show up, could you tell her that I’ve gone off in the direction of the pink village? It would be wonderfully helpful. My gratitude to you knows no bounds. Farwell great one!”

Saying this, MushBall set off in the direction of the pink village.

(If I am overstepping here assuming that I make it this far, just say so.)

Nearing the edge of the forest, as the trees began to thin out, MushBall looked up and around him, searching for a good branch. Happening upon one that was just the right seize, thick but not so much that he would have trouble holding it, he knelt before the tree where the branch was growing on and prayed.

He first prayed to Bassus asking that he give him the gift of the tree branch, and that he not be offended that MushBall take it from him.

He then prayed to the tree, asking it politely for the branch and apologizing for any pain or hardship we would cause by taking it.

After doing this, he rose, climbed the tree, and tried his best to remove it. He first hung from it, trying to use his weight to break it from the tree. When this failed, he climbed on top of the branch and jumped on it until it snapped. He took the branch, ground off the sharp splinters of the broken end off in the dirt, and stamping the smaller branches and leaves off, breaking the other end until it was all the same length. He took the branch in his hand like a walking stick, bowed once to the tree thanking it for the branch, and then turned off in the direction of the village of pink people.
(That is too long?)

Xev looked over at Briker, concerned. "Well, that won't do." He gestures to Vex, and the two heads concentrate on Briker's trampled body, trying to resurrect him.
