How do I make use of my watched topics list

How do I make use of my watched topics list

I recently set a bunch of topics to watched, ho do I acces them quickly without having to go scan forever, as far as I can tell this watching isn't doing me any good.

That's a good idea, I think the watched topics thing is mainly for forums that dont have as much traffic as this one.
