But as a general rule, once things have been added to the game we do not take them out especially if they have been in there a long time. I think the idea behind that is that many players may have already produced a coke oven and produced a bit of coke and suddenly it is taken out and the players feel cheated somehow. So until the current Resource members can either come up with something to use it with or figure out what the original creators intended it will stay like that.

I just realised that water has been taken out (http://www.cantr.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=6087) and as far as I understand it can still be used, if it was there..

We are looking to do something different with water. When that project is going to be completed is beyond me but it requires new programming that Resources does not currently have at our disposal.
