Storing

Postby Nick » Fri Nov 28, 2003 9:20 pm

I know storing has not been completely implemented yet, although it looks like it is close to it. One thing I dont see the "store" button on is dead bodies. Is there a reason for that? Personally, I think it would be a good addition to the game. Wouldnt a town guard be surprised to come across a barrell full of bodies?

That was a good idea. Bodies could go missing.

Yes--like you walk into a town and see like, a barrel full of dead bodies! LOL

Well, that'd be creepy.

My last information is, that storing is being considered functional. If you notice malfunctions, then please report. Either in General Support, in a PM to any programmer, or in a mail to bugs@cantr.net.

Well right off the bat. I don't think it is working. Right now we have a barrel on our boat, but it won't let us put anything in it. The dropdown box doesn't have the barrel there.

Huh--that's wierd. maybe the barrel just allows you to hold more weight, and not necessarily put things in it.

I think it's just a bug that was overlooked.

;) It is random coincidence, that I am reading this thread. Really, if you notice problems, then please report them in the above described way. That is not necessary for the problem with the barrel on your boat any more.

I was wondering if it was possible to see what resorces was taken out of storage? When someone takes stuff out, it just say you see a person take materials out of storage. Just thought it would be cool, if you saw what resources the person actually took.

It would make serial killers a lot more interestng if they could kill someone and then drag the body off and hide it...
